The Worthington Inn

Affiliates of the Company have owned both The Worthington Inn property at 649 High St. and the Snow House property at 41 W. New England Avenue since the early 1980s. From the mid-1980s until 2006 the Inn operated as a 27-room boutique hotel, fine dining restaurant and banquet facility. In 2006, the hotel rooms were converted to condominiums and sold. In early 2019, the restaurant and banquet operations were closed to prepare the property for redevelopment. The Snow House property currently consists of the historic Snow House, built in 1811, a carriage house and residual land. Current development plans call for the renovation and repositioning of the Worthington Inn Restaurant and construction of a new build 50- room boutique hotel on the Snow House site.
